Our Academy looks ahead: are we ready for the future?

The Academy goes online

For those who don’t know our Academy yet; Our Gritt Academy offers trainings for our consultants and technicians as well as for all internal employees. As Gritt, we want to ensure that those who want to grow can grow. And you don’t grow alone. The trainings we offer are therefore always in group.

Corona really accelerated our Academy. Technicians, consultants and our internal employees now have access to an online database of training courses that they can follow. Although less practice-oriented than before corona, but with a lot of simulation videos to create the necessary variety and interaction.

Now that many people have been forced to technical unemployment, this is the ideal opportunity to learn a lot online!

In addition to the courses, we are also looking for alternatives. The Safety Days will also be given a new look soon.

We are really catching up with Academy. Much things will continue to happen digitally after the corona times. The goal is to get everyone involved in this digital wave; technicians and consultants as well as our internal employees. Fortunately, this change has been received positively.
