Why do we opt for ISO 9001 standards at Tec?
If you want to be successful, you must attract and retain customers. Our customers are the most important thing for Tec, after our own employees. Since safety and quality go hand in hand within the organization, achieving and maintaining these standards is a must and every employee, in whatever position or capacity, is an important link in the entire story. How does this work internally within the organization?
In addition to different structures and strategies, monthly internal audits are executed to identify process changes specific to the increasing growth of the company and assess whether adjustments can be made in a timely manner. This result is included in the management review, where management discusses and deals with steps in a timely manner. A QMS (Quality Management System) meeting is organized monthly with the management and all supervisors, where different steps are explained and discussed. The development and implementation of a QMS is a strategic decision that allows Tec to continuously improve the overall performance and focus on providing products and services of consistent quality.
