IT/OT Engineer

As an IT/OT engineer, you will become a part of a fast growing company, that provides tailor-made automation solutions in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, chemistry and life sciences. You are integral to the optimization and maintenance of the IT/OT infrastructure at their diverse client base.

Your role involes:

• Analyzing and resolving incidents and issues for clients, ensuring effective solutions.
• Providing expert guidance on IT/OT infrastructure components and MES applications.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware to maximize uptime.
• Generating and managing comprehensive documentation for systems and procedures.
• Handling updates and patches across various platforms to uphold system integrity.

Jouw profiel

In order to thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of industrial IT-experience
• An all-round knowledge of Windows based environments (servers, Active Directory, Office, ...) and network architectures (routers, switches, firewalls)
• A familiarity with virtual environments (cloud, VMware)
• Knowledge of software development tools (i.e. PowerShell, .NET, Python, PHP)
• You are a fluent communicator in Dutch and English and are able to explain things in a simple way to a layman
