As a Partner Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing external partners to ensure alignment with the company’s goals. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and foster strong relationships.

• You will oversee the daily operations of external partners, ensuring they adhere to contracts and agreements.
• You will ensure all activities meet objectives related to budget, resources, and timing.
• You will maintain strong relationships with both external partners and internal teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
• You will define and review quarterly and yearly plans, monitoring partner performance against KPIs, quality standards, and financial objectives, and follow up on necessary actions.
• You will manage contracts within the scope of partner management, particularly focusing on technical clauses and terms negotiated by procurement.

Jouw profiel

• Educational Background: You have a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: You have at least three years of experience in partner or project management.
• Language Skills: You have mastery over the English, French and Dutch language
• Technical Skills: You have experience in contract management and a strong understanding of KPIs and performance management.
• Soft Skill: You possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
