This client is a global leader within the steel industry. They are looking for a Software Analyst to support them in working on the further evolution of the scale-up application portfolio as well as propagating the solution within the group. You can expect a challenging and dynamic work environment with lots of autonomy to take ownership of your work and will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements and describing high-quality software solutions, ideally including the technical design of these solutions.

Responsibilities:

• You capture new needs / functionality through documentation, legacy applications and/or interaction with the client/business
• You support with testing the software applications, and ensure that all software is of high quality and meets project requirements
• You understand technical topics and discuss these with the development team to allow them to implement performant and future-proof applications
• Over time you will be able to lead projects and decide on the correct priorities
• You will be a member of a “guard-duty” team.

Jouw profiel

Profile:

• You are an analyst with a pragmatic approach
• You see yourself functioning in an industrial environment
• You have a general knowledge of a wide range of technologies and methodologies. Within our program this is currently concentrated around: C#, Angular, SQLServer, Entity Framework, XML,TFS/GIT, OO, Visual Studio, … 
• You are able to read/understand code
• Your knowledge of Dutch and English is at a professional level (proficiency in reading, writing and speaking)
