Technical assistant

-      Compiling technical files for legal inspection reports to be submitted by the owner or technical information required for commissioning and maintenance activities by owner.

General activities:

-      Ensure that the quality management captures the quality requirements of Industry Good Practice and ease of use.

-      Documentation management:

-      Communication with EPC : The Technical assistant will send official communication to EPC (communication content being prepared by the project team)

-      FOB register (Fiche d’Observation) : Update the FOB register (opening and closing) based on supervisors inputs

-      Manage the document flow between CSGE and LSGE on all topics relevant to the task

-      Filing of correspondence registers between LSG,CSGE and other parties on the relevant topics

Documentation management management:

-      Doc control is a key processus for the project. So in case of absence or overload of the Document controller, theTech Assistant shall be able to perform all activities related to doc controls.

-      The tech doc controller will closely cooperate with the QA/QC & hand over manager, and all the engineering team of the CCGT new built project to safeguard the optimal documentation and technical communication management.

Logistics :

-      Set up and update an onboarding procedure to all new comers. The directory of person to be contacted for any logistics requested shall be updated regularly in order to allow new comers to be as independent as possible.

-      Set-up & follow factory inspection test organisation

-      Set up & follow up of travels : back-up to the Project Assistant

-      After having received technical offers from Technical team members, prepare purchase orders if required : back-up to the Project Assistant

o  Bachelor level with administrative background

o  Minimal 3-5 years of similar experience of handling big amount of documents

o  Fluent in French – Fluent in English

o  Nice to have : Know-how of energy sector

o  Good know-how of MS office, Sharepoint

o  Hands-on, dynamic & proactive

o  Positive team player
